Responsibilities
• Travel to assigned Dollar General locations to resolve maintenance concerns• Troubleshoot and collect asset information for service projects• Support entry level maintenance and light plumbing repairs• Perform exterior grounds work and interior maintenance tasks• Conduct assessments of fire safety equipment• Document and resolve tickets within designated time frame• Perform training and educate store leadership• Occasional after-hours work may be required• Perform checklist for preventative maintenance activities
Requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for entry level repairs• Basic computer knowledge• Knowledge or experience with power tools• Effective communication skills at all levels• Commitment to customer service• Ability to balance multiple priorities• Previous Store Management/retail experience preferred• High School Diploma or applicable experience• Comparable retail, custodial, or facility maintenance experience• Vocational training or completed coursework preferred• Active Driver's License• Willingness to travel up to 100%• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Background Check
