Perform all duties necessary to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Process daily invoices and statements Verify Invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions for all goods and services. Confirm and obtain needed approvals Review reports and verify all records for processing and payment accuracy Maintain both electronic and non-electronic files Address and respond to all vendor inquiries Uphold professionalism in service to vendors and clients Perform other duties as assigned Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office application skills Field Service, Maintenance project knowledge Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong time management and organizational skills Maintains the highest professional ethics and standards Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer Reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness Computes total time worked by employees Posts time worked to master timesheet and routes timesheet to payroll department May pay employees May calculate time worked and units produced by piecework or bonus work employees May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance Additional responsibilities not listed may be required Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience (preferred) Strong organizational skills Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office application skills Field Service, Maintenance project knowledge Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong time management and organizational skills Maintains the highest professional ethics and standards Other details Pay Type Hourly Min Hiring Rate $25.00 Max Hiring Rate $25.00
