This position is for a Fiber Splicer who is part of the backbone of the business bringing services to our customers. The Outside Plant Department consists of 5 people with yourself being the sixth. A typical day in the world of a fiber splicer means greeting our current and prospective customers with new services, splicing fiber in the field, while being a self-motivator everyday. No day is the same. Our employees are important to us so we start them out at above minimum wage - within a starting wage of $25.00 per hour and dependent upon experience .
