Fertilizer Supervisor

We are looking for a Fertilization Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in residential and commercial fertilization, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role. Essential Functions Complete all tasks needed to maintain the Fertilization Department. Player/Coach LMA – Leadership, Management, and Accountability for team members in these departments using our 5 foundation tools: Accountability Chart (AC Chart), Vision Traction Organizer (VTO), Rock sheet, Scorecard, and Meeting Pulse (L10). Driver of Productivity, Quality Control, Safety, and Team Member Success Customer Conflict Resolution Employee Conflict Resolution Resource allocation and accountability Material and equipment procurement Requirements: Experience/certified in Fertilization field. Certifications in 3A, 3B, 6, 7A & 7F Proven leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Maintain quality control while staying on track and on budget. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.
