Federal Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a resourceful, passionate, and dedicated professional to join our North Central marketing team. As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with exceptional technical, marketing, and client development professionals nationwide to win new business and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support federal prime/subconsultant proposal responses for the North Central Division (KS, MO, IA, NE, OK, AR, IL, MN, WI).
Develop and maintain federal marketing collateral, including SF 330 proposal content, local and regional conference planning, and promotional materials.
Assist in researching opportunities and tracking project information in our CRM System.
Establish and nurture relationships to ensure an excellent client experience.
Support federal pursuits and proposals division-wide, collaborating with both internal and external clients.
Utilize CRM system to build a pipeline of pursuits and manage recurring agreements.
Assist in the development of division marketing plans.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent federal strategy and messaging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing and communications experience, or equivalent related experience.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems preferred.
