Farm Hand/Operator

A local leader in the Ag Industry is looking to hire a  Farm Hand / Operator . This position is best suited for someone who can multi-task throughout their days. Farm Hand / Operator Responsibilities: Operate various equipment such as tractors, sprayers, etc. Maintain current equipment by performing general maintenance and repairs when needed Perform duties necessary for crop production such as tillage, planting, harvest, cultivating, and pruning Work overtime and varied hours depending on the season, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner Farm Hand /Operator Qualifications: Valid Driver's License required HS Diploma or equivalent Mechanical skills preferred General ag background and knowledge preferred Strong work ethic and self-motivation Passion for farming Please submit a resume for consideration.
