OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSTrinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking two (2) full-time Family Medicine physicians to join our Primary Care Walker team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.Practice Features: Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Opportunity to teach residents, medical students, and fellows Nine providers - five APPs and four Physicians On-site Lab, X-Ray, and Advent Physical Therapy Team includes 1 Care Manager, Behavioral Health Specialists, Pharm D, MA's & RNs Physicians rotate call and is phone call only Successful office with highly engaged providers Qualifications: Open to experienced or new graduate Family Medicine Physicians Physicians must be board certified in their specialty within two (2) years of completion of residency State of Michigan license required at time of employment DEA license ACLS & BLS certified This is a great opportunity for the right Family Medicine physician to join Trinity Health Medical Group!
