Position Summary:
As a Family Education Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families, loved ones, and allies of our clients throughout the recovery process. You will deliver our comprehensive Family Education Program, providing education, information, and support to those affected by substance use disorder.
This position is 100% remote.
Hourly range: $20-$22 per hour.

To be eligible for our full benefits package, you must be employed full-time, minimum 32 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver the four-part curriculum of the Family Education Program with fidelity to our model
Maintain accurate records of family assignments and communication in Excel
Complete necessary Progress Notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) following Family Education sessions
Attend weekly Family Wellness Meetings
Stay informed about family recovery resources, including books, support groups, and other materials
Provide updates to supervisors as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Human Services, or Drug and Alcohol Counseling
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working with families in the substance use field
High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills and empathy towards client family members while maintaining healthy boundaries
Knowledgeable about family recovery, 12-step programs, alternative sober support groups, and the substance use field overall
Appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
Assessed Competencies:
Completion of required training modules, including urine drug screening, hand hygiene, infection control, ethics, and others as outlined
Adherence to organizational policies and procedures
