This role has Product Costing responsibility for the New Kensington, PA Factory, from oversight of new products from PLM through shipment. You will be a strategic commercial business partner with multiple departments. Including Purchasing, Sales, Controlling and Product Owners.This position is based in New Kensington, PA, and works a hybridschedule (1-3 days onsite/week)Responsibilities:Oversight of EVA Calculation's for products manufactured in the US FactoryResponsible for Product Costing including fixed and variable portions (Material, OH, Labor)Commercial partner for product improvements and factory efficiencyFactory Rate developmentA strategic sales partner for product costing to support Go/No-Go decisionsPost-mortem product cost analysisAligns local product line profitability to global targets and provides recommendations for improvementSupports the sales quotation tool with product costs that are accurately representedVariance analysis of actual product costs vs. original EVA's and QuotationsA key member of the factory digitalization strategySupports the monthly closing processAudit supportResponsible for Factory Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including NCC'sTroubleshoot and resolves semi-complex problemsUse SAP to automate and advance processesAd hoc requests and analysisYour profile.Required Education/Experience/Skills:Bachelor's degree in related Accounting, Finance or BusinessExperience in Finance and Product Cost Controlling related rolesHave 5+ years of professional experienceStrong analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional projects with effective implementationDigital literacy required including SAP (or MRP system) and analytical tools (Excel)Digitalization experience (PowerBI)Preferred:5+ years' experience in a Manufacturing environmentThe pay range for this position is $77,800 - $133,400.
