Job Description We are looking for quality candidates for our fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing positions. These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.
Starting Pay Rates: 1st Shift: $18.42/hour. After 90-day probationary period, increased to $19.42/hour.
2nd Shift 19.20/hour. After 90-day probationary period, increased to 20.20/hour.
Working Hours: 1st Shift Working hours, including overtime 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday & Friday Overtime 6:00am - until the posted end time, if needed.
2nd Shi ft Hours including Overtime: Monday – Thursday Friday 4:30pm – 3:00am & Friday Overtime would be 4:30pm- end time would be posted, if needed.

Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, work in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.
