Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships• Formulate and manage effective service strategy tailored to each client• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services• Manage all Contractor relationships• Ensure excellence in quality and client satisfaction through detailed inspections• Supervise Night Managers and ensure strategy execution• Ensure adequate staffing needs to service clients• Promote sale of supplies for clients• Effectively communicate all client issues• Utilize City Wide's CRM for client inspections, scheduling, etc.
Requirements
• 3-5 plus years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management• Track record of success in a client retention role• High School diploma required, bachelor's degree highly desirable• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through• Positive and outgoing personality with great relationship-building skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database• Ability to travel to client locations on a daily basis• Physical demands: Constant sitting, bending, standing, walking; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
