SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Facility Services Officer will provide overall supervision, direction, and coordination of the management of school facilities, grounds and fleet maintenance, building renovations and space allocations, and complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
The Facilities Services Officer should have a broad background in facilities and knowledgeable about capital facilities plan development, including school facility planning, school utilization, architectural and engineering procedures, and activities related to the planning and management of construction and maintenance projects for school plants with an area of responsibility exceeding 150 properties.
Salary Range: Minimum $130,000.00/Yr. to Maximum $216,200.00/Yr.
