Provide internal and external customer assistance for uncollected debts by maintaining accounts receivable records for assigned areas (i.e., Alabama, Bowling Green, Upper Cumberland and Franklin service areas). Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED Associates Degree or 2 year degree program in Accounting preferred 2 or more years related experience A working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with an ability to be trained to use company specific applications and software Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail Ability to establish priorities regarding time sensitive assignments Excellent bookkeeping, recording and computational skills Advanced Organizational skills Ability to work as a team member and follow little or own self direction Professional phone demeanor Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle money responsibly Must be skilled at computing, compiling, tabulating, charting and reviewing supporting data to derive conclusions Company Perks & Benefits: Our mission at Lee Company is to create an environment where our employees can thrive, and we mean that.
