Facility Operations Manager

Gpac has currently partnered with a well-established agribusiness group in that is in need of a Facility Operations Manager to oversee their grain processing and logistics. This is a diversified group that offers a small family feel along with future growth potential. The ideal candidate will possess strong grain processing or feed milling experience, along with facility/equipment maintenance knowledge, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Feed milling exposure or familiarity would also be a plus. This position will oversee site employee, work with customers, and have strong communication with other departments to ensure quality of product and service. The position offers:
