Facility Manager

Job summary
Dynamic Renewables is hiring a full-time Facility Manager.Responsible for the safe, clean, compliant, and profitable operation and maintenance of a three digester facility.The facility operates 24/7, processing cow manure to produce renewable natural gas.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining high quality personnel for the site staff.• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight for the site staff.• Provide oversight for daily operations and maintenance activities.• Ensure facilities are maintained at industry-leading standards.• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, financial, and permitting requirements.• Manage special projects, refurbishments, process innovations, and repair activities.• Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of equipment and tools.• Generate and present regular reports on production metrics, personnel performance, and compliance.• Participate in budget development and management.• Operate mechanical and biological assets, perform maintenance activities, and conduct process and quality control duties.
Requirements
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.• Valid driver's license.• Proficiency in spoken and written English.• 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations, production, and/or maintenance.• Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.• Physical ability to perform essential duties of the job.
