Responsibilities
• Deliver premier customer service to our clients• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently• Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees• Identify proper staffing levels to deliver superior customer service• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures• Maximize profitability through revenue development and expense reviews• Identify procurement and vendor service needs• Perform general accounting duties• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards• Monitor and review damage claims• Implement plans or programs to improve safety
Requirements
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members• Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction• Prior experience with budget development and P&L review• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly• Experience using computer applications/systems• Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
