Facility Maintenance Technician - Part-Time

Position:  Part-Time Facility Maintenance Technician for wholesale greenhouse facility. Duties include facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance and repairs. 20 – 30 hours per week, which can vary with workload.
Requirements: Experience in general plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and construction. Perform essential preventative maintenance and repairs on machines, equipment, and building. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and other construction and building functions. Promote a safe work environment and abide by company SOP and safety policies. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme seasonal temperatures. Maintain clean and orderly work areas. Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and maintenance tools/equipment. Must be available to respond quickly in an emergency, notify appropriate staff and follow all safety protocols.
