Job summary
Provide day-to-day Facility Management supportManage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for financial modeling of FM budgetCoordinate the activities related to the mailroom, reception area, vendor relationships, and the overall support of assigned facilities
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Coordinates vendors within scope of established services and order products within established levels• Submits service requests with established vendors within scope of services• Coordinates mailroom and receptionist duties• Coordinates facilities-related activities on a daily basis• Administrative Assistant support• Maintain and repair facilities/preventative maintenance• Develop and maintain facilities services database• Security• Equipment maintenance• Update facility floor plans• Supervise office services staff; work scheduling, work coordination, coaching and performance evaluation• Back up to Facilities Supervisor
Requirements
• Education Level: College Degree e.g. in Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate related field• Experience Level: 3 years of relevant FM experience
