The Role:
As our Facility CEO, you'll spearhead the operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care. From overseeing nursing and clinical services to driving business development and financial management, you'll play a pivotal role in our facility's success. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading clinical and non-clinical departments to achieve quality metrics and uphold accreditation standards.
Cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborations that enhance patient care.
Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to develop budgets and manage financial resources effectively.
Driving growth initiatives and maintaining high patient census across all units.
Staying abreast of emerging models in behavioral healthcare delivery and integrating innovative approaches into our care programs.
Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with a passion for healthcare leadership and a track record of success in acute children-adolescent mental/behavioral health settings. The ideal candidate will possess:
5+ years of proven CEO experience in a similar setting.
A master's degree in a related field (preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Demonstrated leadership ability and a collaborative leadership style.
