Responsibilities
• Direct management of janitorial/custodial services• Negotiate and execute service agreements• Develop and track expenses• Support employee, executive, and customer events• Oversee site services, including snow removal and grounds maintenance• Support Hub Support Services Group• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• Complete understanding of principles, theories, and concepts in office/facility management• Advanced understanding of specific aspects of supervised work• Knowledge of quality and productivity improvements, budgeting, and cost control• Strong customer service skills• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred
Key Skills Needed
• Superior customer service skills• Strong understanding of 3rd party service provider concept• Prior GeT/SAP experience preferred• Prior operations, administration, or customer service supervisory/management experience preferred• Commercial property and/or real estate management experience a plus
