If so, we encourage you to apply!What You Will DoWe're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Facilities Professional with a strong understanding of building systems, and a knack for solving problems. You'll be responsible for maintaining the comfort and safety of our company headquarters, tackling everyday challenges with a proactive approach, and managing various facilities projects across our two building, 250,000 sq ft campus.Project Management:Assist with developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.Oversee construction, renovation, and repair projects, providing status updates to management as and when required.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, IT) and external vendors to execute projects effectively.Vendor Management:Assist with managing vendors, including performance expectations, service level agreements and addressing any issues promptly.Assist with vendor contract reviews, ensuring competitive pricing and service delivery.Ensure vendors are compliant with Federal & State regulations, company insurance requirements, and quality standards.Staff Management:Supervise a team of facilities staff, including custodians, maintenance technicians, and security personnel.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff performance.Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Facility Operations:Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including HVAC systems, access control, electrical systems, plumbing, and grounds keeping.Oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and equipment failures.Assist with managing operational expenses, capital expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.Respond to and resolve facility issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for all occupants.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure facility compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to identify and address potential risks.Prepare and submit reports on facility operations, budget expenditures, and project progress.Enforce company policies and procedures related to facility usage and safety.What Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, ideally in a corporate or commercial setting larger than 100,000 sq ft.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects within budget and on time.Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, and cost analysis.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage a mixed team of internal and external staff.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations.Previous people management experience preferred.FMP or IFMA Certification preferred.About TrimbleDedicated to the world's tomorrow, Trimble is a technology company delivering solutions that enable our customers to work in new ways to measure, build, grow and move goods for a better quality of life.
