Facilities Manager

MVA Health Centers Inc. is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager. The following candidate will be responsible for the following:
Routine maintenance and safety inspections Supervision of facilities' staff, including scheduling and payroll approval Correspond professionally with potential and current vendors Preserving the condition of the infrastructure Ensure facility is safe and well-functioning Planning maintenance work Proactively identifying and correcting potential safety concerns or hazards Maintaining preventative maintenance schedule Delegating cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to staff Supervises work assignments in the operations of the facilities management department Utilize various software systems to maintain equipment and supplies Maintaining the grounds maintenance of the exterior of the facility Qualifications for facility manager: High School Diploma or GED required
A minimum of two (2) plus years experience in proven facility management involving:
Personnel Management Working with custodial equipment, chemicals, and procedures Knowledge of computers and software programs Ability to interpret safety codes, electrical codes, etc. Advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Must have problem-solving skills
Requirements: Valid WV driver's license
Able to stand, lift (50 pounds or greater), carry, bend, and stoop daily
