• Handle HVAC issues on package units• Troubleshoot and repair down units• Perform preventative maintenance• Painting, drywall repairs, furniture assembly• Hang pictures and change HVAC filters• Replace light bulbs and wall outlets or switches• Plumbing tasks such as unclogging toilets and fixing leaks
Requirements
• 2+ years of facility maintenance experience• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools• Experience in commercial real estate, hospital, or large hotel• Able to assist with simple tasks and support higher level techs
