Facilities Maintenance Technician

Jubitz is looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Technician to to our Maintenance team in Portland! Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00, excellent cash incentives, and full benefit package(Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K)Employment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities: Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucetsPerform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in wallsPerform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubricationMaintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activitiesCommunicate with managers and employees when necessary to resolve maintenance issuesFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certificationsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employeesEnsure adherence to quality expectations and standardsSkills & Experience: At least two years broad-based maintenance experience required.General knowledge of mechanical operations, electricity, plumbing, safety procedures, power and hand tools, wiring, welding, appliance repair, forklift operation, and fire regulations is strongly preferred.Must possess a valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver's License with a clean three-year driving record.High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
