Job Description THE POSITION: As Facilities Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of our warehouse facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and functional workspace for our employees. Leveraging your financial background, you'll also contribute to budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting related to facility operations.
Front Desk Management: Manage visitor access, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs Coordinate with security personnel to ensure a secure and welcoming environment Assist employees with general inquiries related to facilities and office services Assist in the administrative functions of training to include room set up, packet assembly and follow up if necessary Administrative Oversight & Communication: Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and parking lots Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, collaborating with on-site security team Collaborate with Facilities Manager administer budget for facility needs Monitor expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines Manage vendor relationships and train vendors on work orders and billing procedures Handle departmental accounting tasks, including invoice processing Other special initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred 1+ years proven experience in facilities management, customer service, or a similar role Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive 1+ years experience handling budgets Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Additional Information OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS Patient Minded I act with the patient's best interest in mind.
