We are looking for qualified Fabricators for our client in Fredericktown, OH. Hours: Monday-Friday 6a-4:30pm with some Saturdays from 5a-11a

Job Duties Include:
Read, Interpret, and analyze mechanical drawings and weld symbols
Set up fixtures to specific tolerances
Perform welding operations (mig, tig, and stick)
Operate fabricating machines
Observe machine operations to detect material defects or machine malfunctions
Perform machine maintenance daily
Assure that all fabrication departmnent areas are orderly, clean, and safe
Tasks may change as determined by the company or management
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys and aluminum
Fixturing and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
Conventional and precision measuring instruments
Safe use of fabricating tools and machines
Mathematical applications and Problem Solving required in fabrication process
Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed for the job
Interpret precise measurements
Prioritizing the tasks to be performed in a fast-paced environment
Using mathematics to solve problems, including metric and English conversions and fractions to decimals
Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
Be attentive to details and diligent to accuracy.
Ability to work well with all levels of employees
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years of welding/fabrication eperience and ability to pass an on-site weld test
Must provide basic set of tools. Other tools may be provided to you
Must possess a valid driver's license
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
