External Multimedia DesignerSupport federal customer in Hanover, MD (Remote)Temporary assignment for 6-7 months

Responsibilities
• Plan, conceptualize, and design graphics for learning content• Provide design and layout solutions for guides and documents• Develop instructional and assessment materials• Write, record, and edit professional video and audio recordings• Plan and develop simple animations for lessons• Develop graphic style guidelines for project deliverables• Work collaboratively with a diverse team• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to style guidelines• Manage own time and collaborate with team members• Interface with individuals at all levels of the organization
Requirements
• Associates or bachelor's degree in Design, Media Production or related discipline• Minimum 3 years experience in video production and editing• At least 5 years of experience with graphic and multimedia design• Proven skills with Adobe Creative Suite• Experience recording and editing audio and video• Experience designing and optimizing templates in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint• Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable manner• Strong knowledge of animation concepts• Professional graphic design experience with a portfolio• Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek• Must have U.S. citizenship
