Experienced Telecom Tower Technician / Tophand

Capital Tower and Communications, Inc. based in Waverly Nebraska has been providing nationwide telecommunication site services since 1992. Our team is seeking an experienced Telecommunication Tower Technician / Tophand for a full-time position. Responsibilities Work efficiently and effectively with a team to complete structural projects with a high level of detail and timeliness. Perform on-site installations, repairs, and modifications. Ensure compliance with all company safety requirements, as well as federal and state laws. Assist and guide crew members in understanding their tasks and executing them correctly. Lead with integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Previous experience as a Tower Tech / Tophand. Willingness to travel nationwide for up to 6 weeks at a time, followed by 7-10 days off. Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions. Valid Driver's License. Proficiency in using required tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to obtain certifications such as CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, and Authorized Climber/Rescue. Pass pre-employment tests, including drug test, background check, physical examination, and certification training. Compensation Starting Pay: $65,000 a year, determined by experience. Annual performance bonuses available.
