We are a leader in the solar industry and have been in business for 7 years. Our leaders have a very deep knowledge of solar and created Tephra to give homeowners the option of an alternative energy source. Tephra Solar is quickly growing, and we need a determined leader to join our team and grow with our company.
Day to Day: Be an example for your team. You will teach your representatives by example.  Manage your teams daily & weekly goals Interview & hire new representatives. Applicants are pre-scrubbed by the Tephra recruiting team prior to the interview process.  Complete the closing process for pre-set appointments.  You will be the driving force for your team. Support, Teach, and Conquer!
