Responsibilities
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations• Maintain company standards for ethical business practices• Monitor progress of each vehicle throughout the day• Maximize sales and execute retail promotions• Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles• Participate in quality control• Develop and document standard operating procedures
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record• Accredited training in service advisor skills• Automotive service advisor experience• Fluent in English• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions• Multitasking skills• Proficient use of computers/business machines
