Job Title:Experienced Order Entry in Customer Service
Location:Conover, NC
Description:Vanguard is seeking an Order Entry associate who can enter customer purchase orders into AS400. Proof, edit and cost orders.
• Assist with proof, edit and confirming availability of frames, fabric, and parts for scheduling.
• Maintain daily goals for orders entered.
• Cross train within order entry department.
• Performs additional duties according to SOW's.
• Performs other duties as required within order entry team. Requirements:•Must be proficient in data entry.
• Furniture data experience preferred.
•Must be organized and have high attention to detail.
•Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
•Ability to work with others, be part of a team and achieve shared daily and weekly
goals.
•Communicate effectively both orally and written.
•Must be knowledgeable in furniture manufacturing.
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
•2-Year Associates Degree preferred.
•Experience with AS400 preferred.
