Responsibilities
• Work with guests to celebrate life's special moments with jewelry• Assist fellow team members to achieve organizational goals• Meet and exceed sales goals• Cultivate relationships and repeat business through personalized clienteling efforts• Expand knowledge of gemstones, watches, and product lines• Represent the company in marketing materials and events• Assist with daily store duties
Requirements
• Previous experience in professional sales preferred• Strong communication and relational skills• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to speak eloquently about product features and benefits• Regard integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism as minimum standards• Strive to be better every day• Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus• GIA or AGS certification or education is a plus
