Pay: $20.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. - Depending on Experience
Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.
Required Qualifications: 1+ years residential service experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License required NATE certified preferred or willingness to get it within a year of being hired Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Knowledge of electrical and refrigerant principles Ability to lay out and install refrigerant piping Ability to layout and install low voltage wiring Diagnose, repair and provide maintenance on wide range of residential and light commercial equipment without supervision HVAC building code compliance Basic sheet metal practices Advanced trouble shooting techniques Operation of scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner Calculate equipment efficiency Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
