Experienced Escrow Officer

Responsibilities: Act as an escrow agent, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policy Manage a portfolio of escrow clients and transactions; consistently provide excellent customer service; build new escrow accounts Develop and maintain escrow documents, records, and files; maintain records in applicable systems Complete real estate escrow transactions; clear titles; assemble, prepare, and review closing documents; disburse funds Order title reports; resolve title defects; satisfy existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals Lead and train escrow assistants assigned to the team Requirements: State of Utah Escrow License, minimum 2 years licensed with at least 5 years in title and escrow Current Utah Notary Public High school diploma required (some college preferred) Full time position Monday to Friday, must pass a background check.
