Wilson's Refrigeration & Air has an immediate opening for an experienced Bookkeeper that will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as but not limited to monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, entering bills/invoices and coding correctly, paying bills in a timely manner, record payments and adjustments. This position must be able to maintain the books for our Pomaria & Columbia offices. This position requires weekly travel between the two locations.
Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed & approved by management
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, full charge familiarity highly considered General Ledger Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Invoicing, and billing experience Banks and Accounts reconciliation Financial reporting and monthly closing Budgets Analysis and Forecasting Understanding of P&L with Classes Payroll Taxes (Federal and State) Payroll including deductions, 401k, and commissions Advanced Computer skills Proficiency in working with QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Time management and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-organized and able to work independently Impeccable customer service skills Pass a background check, drug screening, and credit check Qualifications desired: AS degree or bachelor's degree in accounting or 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and working knowledge of QuickBooks Online HVAC or Construction or similar industry experience Benefits of working as a Experienced Bookkeeper in Columbia, SC:
