Experienced Baker Ft Or Pt

Overnight / Early Morning / Flexible hours. Hello!

Here at the Madison Park Bakery we are currently hiring for an experienced baker. FT or PT.

You'll be in charge of the daily bake off which requires coming in early.

*Hours are somewhat flexible, for example: coming in to work at 10pm or midnight would also work.

Part time hours are 3:30 -8am

Full time hours are 3:30am-11:30am

We are open Wednesday through Sunday those are the mornings you will need to work.

The PT and FT shifts include proofing and baking of diverse leavened doughs as well as shaping and forming a number of breads.

If you are interested in FT, your additional hours will include mixing bread doughs and shaping laminated doughs for the next days bake off.

At least 2 years professional kitchen experience, baking preferred

Must have a current Washington State Food Workers Card.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds (such as flour sacks)

Requires weekend availability.

Must be honest and dependable.

Competitive pay $18 to $20/hr

Tips usually average around $5 additional per hour worked and usually more around busy periods and holidays.

After 3 months healthcare options are available to full time employees.
