Responsibilities
• Oversee a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads• Accountable for all aspects of the guest experience, retail sales, and services businesses• Promote a culture of accountability and drive store goals• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attract, hire and build a highly engaged team• Develop and maintain clientele• Establish professional peer and brand partner relationships• Support associate and services professional development• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program flawlessly• Execute day-to-day inventory control processes
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience• Bachelor's degree is preferred• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license• Financial management and cosmetology management skills• Retail management and leadership management skills• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
