WREF is the global team that is responsible for the full lifecycle of planning, execution and operations of GSK's real estate portfolio. This includes defining the organisation's real estate and workplace experience strategy across our network; as well as leveraging our network of vendor partners to ensure delivery facility management and capital project services to GSK's global office portfolio. The team is set up in a matrixed operating model where a Centre of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for service strategy and process ownership, and regional teams are responsible for executing WREF's services.
The purpose of this job is to complete studies, pilots, and other experiments to understand overall effectiveness of different elements of workplace experience within GSK.

In this role you will:
Plan, coordinate, and execute studies and pilot programs across different areas of workplace experience, such as space design, wellness, technology, communication, and social events. Analyse data and feedback from employees, managers, and external partners to measure the impact and effectiveness of the workplace experience initiatives. Report on the progress, results, and learnings of the projects and provide recommendations for improvement and scaling. Research and benchmark best practices and trends in workplace experience and innovation and share insights and ideas with the team and the leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, consultants, and industry experts, and leverage their expertise and resources to support the workplace experience goals. Manage the budget and resources for the workplace experience projects and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures. Why you? Qualifications & Skills:
