resort or luxury hotel environment required Supervise and develop a high-performing team across all food & beverage operations to ensure the highest levels of guest experience and team engagement.Proven experience in leading food & beverage operations, with a strong financial acumen Exceptional skills in culinary and service-driven restaurant operations Proficiency in English language—both verbal and written communication Ability to provide clear, concise, and professional directions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods as needed Why Join Us?
