Field telephone calls and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials Create and maintain an organized filing system Qualifications
Experience working as a high-level receptionist Exceptional attention to detail Ability to organize and create orderly systems Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize We are looking forward to reading your application.
