About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Talent Management to lead strategic initiatives and develop a comprehensive Talent Management framework. This pivotal role includes overseeing performance management, employee experience/engagement, talent measures and assessments, learning and development, and succession planning, all in alignment with the organization's objectives and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing onboarding programs, driving innovative learning and development initiatives, and collaborating with HR business partners to support the employee journey. Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and change management, as well as fostering an environment where employees can thrive and develop professionally, is a key aspect of this position.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in education, behavioral science, leadership, or a related field, and at least twelve years of experience in training, learning, organizational behavior and development, and talent management, with a minimum of seven years in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate who can manage complexity, optimize work processes, drive engagement, demonstrate organizational savvy, and be resilient. Strong proficiency in data analytics, experience in a multi-site operations environment, and excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills are preferred. The Executive Director will also be responsible for upholding the company's core values and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
