Executive Director Player Development

About the Role The Executive Director Player Development provides leadership while managing player development budget, activities, and events.
Position Responsibilities: Create the plan, processes, and policies driving high value players to Ocean Casino Resort Atlantic City Ability to develop relationships with revenue generating departments that leads to better communication between departments and enhanced revenue opportunities for the property. Ability to yield capacity for player events and amenities against customer demand and work collaboratively in developing and executing this strategy. Provide support and insight for marketing department including database marketing, direct mail, sales, advertising and promotions/events. Relationships with travel partners Process for tracking of Player Development activity and results Day-to-day leadership the Player Development Department Ensuring productivity of as compared to goals Tracking and reporting on individual revenue and profitability goals • Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
