Executive Director of Enrollment Services
**** Assists, monitors, and tracks all operations and functions associated with the Office of Enrollment Services and Student Success inclusive of admissions for processing; admissions for recruitment, records and registration, athletic certification, transfer evaluation and assessment, residency requirements, retention, and special programs and initiatives offered through the Center for Learning, and Academic Support Success Center. Assists with the development and implementation of division's mission and objectives as pertains to admissions, enrollment, and retention requirements. Assists with the development and implementation of enrollments goals to accomplish optimum enrollment level of appropriate size, diversity, and quality. Montiors and tracks budget expenditures for all components in the office and generates statistical reports relative to balancing and maintaining control over budget expenditures. Tracks and monitors all paperwork associated with employment practices, and works closely with the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Compliance relative to adherence to equal opportunity employment practices. Serves as the coordinator of all activities designed for staff development and effective and efficient services for Admissions, Records, and Retention. Coordinates and supervises staff activities in Admissions, Records, and Retention. Enforces Federal and State laws, Board of Regents, and institutional policies relevant to operations and unit functions. Coordinates meetings with deparment heads and deans as required. Prepares reports for distribution to administrators in the various units (Admissions, Records, Recruitment, Retention, etc.). Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Requires a Master's degree with over three years of experience in admissions, and records in a higher education setting.
