Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator

We are looking for an  Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator to join our team! This position is responsible for providing managerial and operations support to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The Executive Director/SNF Administrator - Float may work alongside of or in place of a site Executive Director/SNF Administrator. Assists Administrator/Executive Director (ED) maintain a high performing leadership team within the community Supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary Assists Administrator/Executive Director in ensuring that the community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations
Acts as a liaison between the governing body, corporate staff, medical staff, regulatory agencies, and facility staff
Required: Bachelor's Degree: Senior Housing , Business or related Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) One to three years of previous experience Proficiency in MS Office suite Preferred: Advanced Degree: MBA Three to five years of previous experience
