Job Description SummaryReporting to the Head of Global Executive Talent Management, the Executive Development Leader will drive and execute the strategy and delivery of talent development programs and initiatives for current and future executives.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Own accelerated development program(s) for executives/emerging executives, from nomination through program execution. Ensure alignment with GE values, behaviors, and goals.Own coaching processes and guidelines, including approaches for internal and external coaching.Evaluate the effectiveness of, and continuously improve, internal and external talent programs, solutions, and tools.Identify opportunities and support the execution of additional career and leadership programs, as needed.Act as a subject matter expert on talent development solutions, leveraging knowledge of best practices and company goals to guide and consult leaders and teams.Partner with other talent management teams, including D&I and Learning & Development teams, to ensure integrated, effective solutions.Build and maintain strong partnerships across the organization to ensure clear understanding of employee and leader development needs.Partner on other related talent management and development projects as needed.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Associate degree with significant experience in HR or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of previous experience in a variety of Talent Management/Human Resource positions with increasing scope of responsibilityExceptional project management skillsAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%Desired Characteristics:Proven ability to synthesize information and prioritize workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong, proactive problem-solving mindsetCertifications and/or advanced degree aligned to Human Resources, organizational psychology, program/project management, or labor and industrial relationsExpertise in building/implementing effective, large-scale, accelerated development initiatives Continuous learning mindset and a commitment to drive inclusion and engagement across organizationsComfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment, calm and resilient under pressureProven ability to collaborate well within a global, matrixed organizationKnowledge of Lean methodologies/mindsetPay and Benefits:The pay for this position is $152,300 - 215,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
