Locally owned, High Volume Contemporary Cajun-Creole Sophisticated restaurant seeking a great leaderMust have high volume from scratch experienceHands-On position, not a Clipboard manager

• Hands-On Experience in High Volume Scratch Kitchen• Ability to work extended hours in a high-volume kitchen• Strong Cooking Skills• Seafood Background a Plus• Ability to attract, lead, and retain a diverse team• Dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion• Evaluate knowledge, skills, and abilities that meet the requirements of the position• Identify a broad slate of candidates
