Executive Chef

At the Boathouse we have an ideal location on beautiful Lake Michigan with a fast-paced, family environment. The staff that creates these experiences for our clients is critical to our success. We are seeking a strong, motivated, customer-service focused culinary professional with exceptional energy and a positive attitude to lead the back of house operations for our high volume restaurant. The Executive Chef oversees the Back of House team members, takes care of the inventory and ordering needs, as well as creates and maintains the menu.
The Executive Chef has a strong presence in our restaurant and gives great attention to detail in kitchen management, quality of service and quality of food.
