Responsibilities
• Maintain a consistent presence outside the CEO's office and be the "face of the CEO" at headquarters• Know and learn the names and positions of all executives, general managers, and support department leaders• Maintain strict confidentiality about sensitive information and the CEO's whereabouts• Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on tasks• Help the CEO assign/delegate work to direct reports• Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role for communication with CEO• Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the CEO• Monitor CEO's email inbox and maintain a maximum of one page of emails• Draft and send emails, maintain email lists, and type dictation from the CEO• Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle urgent calls with judgment• Maintain address and contacts lists, handle mailing and couriers, draft CEO speeches• Manage CEO's calendars, travel arrangements, and event logistics• Organize and maintain administrative records, assist with family matters if needed• Manage expense reports and handle financial tasks, assist with running errands• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred• Minimum three years related experience and/or training• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite• Typing speed of over 65 words per minute• Valid Driver's License
