Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the President• Manage the President's calendar and travel plans• Compose correspondence and handle confidential matters• Act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and clients• Run errands and take notes at meetings• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments• Verify records and prepare items for dispatch• Maintain inventory of shipping materials• Utilize shipping websites for various tasks• Store items in walk-in freezers and inspect outgoing shipments
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities• Proficient in Gmail, Google Suite Apps, and shipping websites• Located in or willing to relocate to Broward County, Florida• Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays• 5 major National holidays paid• $200 monthly stipend for expenses• Mileage reimbursement
