Provide executive assistance services at a Senior Executive Assistant levelSupport PCAH's Executive Director and other team membersResponsibilities include scheduling meetings, addressing questions and requests, organizing files, and preparing materials

Responsibilities
• Supports PCAH's Executive Director and other team members• Schedules meetings and committee meetings• Interfaces with committee members and high-profile stakeholders• Addresses questions and requests via phone and email• Carries out administrative duties such as organizing files• Creates agendas and takes notes in meetings• Prepares meeting briefings, reports, correspondence, and materials• Arranges travel regularly within the agency's travel system• Demonstrates experience arranging travel using a similar travel system• Demonstrates proficiency in executive support and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments• Works independently and demonstrates a high level of professionalism
Requirements
• 5 years' experience as an executive assistant working for Executive Directors and with high-profile contacts• Proficiency in written and spoken English• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook• Proficiency in scheduling virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams and Zoom• Experience in the federal government and arts/humanities sector preferred• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or 8 years of executive support experience)
